Autonomous Property Management
A fully autonomous, multi-agent rental-management system for vacation properties.
The Problem
Managing vacation rentals requires 24/7 availability for guest communications, coordinating cleaning schedules, and handling routine maintenance requests—work that is highly repetitive but historically required human operators.
The Constraints
The system needed to handle unstructured natural language from guests, securely interface with property management APIs, and maintain high reliability without hallucinations.
Capabilities Utilized
- ▪Multi-Agent Architecture
- ▪API Integrations
- ▪OpenClaw Orchestration
- ▪24/7 Operations
The Approach
We built a scalable, multi-agent architecture using OpenClaw. Rather than a single monolithic chatbot, specialized agents handle discrete tasks (e.g., a booking agent, a maintenance agent, a scheduling agent) under a central orchestrator.
The System
RentalClaw acts as the primary point of contact for guests and vendors, executing real-world API actions to lock/unlock doors, dispatch cleaners, and adjust pricing.
The Outcome
Currently in private beta with select operators, the system has proven capable of managing routine property operations completely autonomously.
